 Our Strategic Sales Force model is driven by seasoned sales people specializing in a particular industry. These highly motivated individuals may or my not be employed by another firm. These examples are for illustration purposes only because  the terms of a particular transaction my vary significantly - every transaction is unique. Sometimes we are engaged to produce the PPM only and other times the PPM comes to us complete and we only fill the Financial Advisory space. At other times we do both. The 10% net referral fee applies to all CFMC products and services as well as our affiliate, CCAPASSCO, the brokerage arm of our group.
As such, this is an excellent incentive for our "strategic sales force" folks, like you, to bring quality projects into our orbit. Quality is key, because referral fees are paid as revenue is collected.
